GMP/Food Safety Overview

Depending on your company programs, this course can encompass two to eight hours of training. Covered topics include:

Practical HACCP
(Can be delivered in English and Spanish)

This program is designed to certifying your HACCP coordinator and build cohesiveness among your HACCP team. Accredited by the International HACCP Alliance, this two-day course covers the history of HACCP, prerequisite programs (GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs), challenges for HACCP programs, and the seven principles of HACCP. As part of the training, participants devise HACCP plans for their food product / CCPs. Special certificates are awarded upon the successful completion of the course. Can include supplemental online HACCP and microbiology courses and exam.

Effective Environmental Monitoring and Sampling Techniques

For your food safety plant managers or QA specialists, this one or two-day program covers how to develop, implement and maintain an effective environmental and equipment monitoring program. The course addresses specific organisms, microbial growth niches, and processes; overviews of routine versus investigational monitoring, sample site locations, size and frequency are also provided. Participants are also taught how to effectively teach proper sampling techniques to avoid common errors.

Essentials of Auditing

This one or two-day program is ideal for personnel with internal auditing responsibilities. The course covers basic requirements for the implementation and maintenance of an effective internal audit program. Excelling As A Food Safety Trainer

Bring your plant QA managers and trainers together to build consistent training program company wide. Developed for new QA professionals with training responsibilities, this two-day course teaches unique concepts such as: building management support for training, principles and barriers to adult learning, the role of culture, improving supervisor training skills, and developing effective training sessions. Multiple workgroup sessions and case studies create an engaging, interactive course that helps you improve your training programs. Pre-course survey and post-exam are included in the certificate program. Due to the nature of the interactions, the class size is generally limited to 20 to 25.
